Nominations Open for Sault's Medal of Merit
The Medal of Merit is awarded to individuals or groups whose contributions have benefited Sault Ste.
Last year's winner was
Connie Raynor-Elliott, founder of Save Our Young Adults (SOYA), a grassroots organization supporting individuals struggling with addiction, homelessness, and social vulnerability.
Nominations are open for the 2025 Medal of Merit, recognizing contributions or achievements in any field that have positively impacted the community or beyond.
Past recipients include athletes, individuals or groups making cultural or academic achievements, and those making remarkable contributions.
