The next generation of one of the world's best-selling midsize pickups, the Toyota Hilux, is set to be unveiled next week. Originally announced for its Thailand launch, Toyota has also confirmed the vehicle's European premiere will take place simultaneously on November 10 at 6:00 AM CET.
Toyota's Thailand division released the first official teaser video, revealing the new Hilux’s exterior. The same set of photos is being used for both the Asian and European market promotions.
The video "gives us the first official look at the new Hilux’s exterior design."
The new Hilux replaces the current model that has been on the market since 2015, which received updates in 2017, 2020, and 2024. After months of spy photos and leaks, this launch marks a fresh chapter for Toyota’s midsize pickup.
"The face of new truck wears slimmer, sharper LED headlights paired with a sculpted hood and taller bumper intakes."
While the front of the Hilux is redesigned for a modern look, its side profile maintains familiar features such as the dual-cab configuration and the sports bar, keeping the truck’s rugged character intact.
Author's summary: The all-new Toyota Hilux debuts globally on November 10, showcasing a sharper front design while preserving its classic pickup elements to modernize this popular midsize truck.
