Voter registration fraud has led to charges against 7 individuals, according to the state. Election officials flagged forms as "potentially problematic", resulting in the discovery.
Seven individuals were charged with falsifying voter registration forms in last year's election, not for political reasons, but for personal gain, said Pennsylvania Attorney General David Sunday.
