The sixteenth series of The Great British Bake Off has concluded, with 23-year-old medical student Jasmine Mitchell winning the coveted glass cake stand trophy.
After ten weeks of baking tests and showstopper challenges at Welford Park, Jasmine emerged from a field of 12 contestants to triumph over finalists Tom Arden and Aaron Mountford-Myles.
Jasmine impressed judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith time and again, despite facing intense pressure.
