Moonshadow Kitchen, a well-known vegan food truck, has relocated to Sweet Farm in Himrod, situated in the Finger Lakes region. This new location places the eatery just steps away from the fields supplying many of its fresh ingredients.
Chef and owner Robert Auchman explained the collaboration:
“Anna and Nate from Sweet Farm reached out after they heard I was looking for a new space. Since my menu aligns with their mission, it was a perfect match.”
