Moonshadow Kitchen Joins Sweet Farm in Himrod
A popular vegan food truck, Moonshadow Kitchen, has found a new home at Sweet Farm in Himrod, Finger Lakes.
Chef and owner Robert Auchman says the partnership made sense as
“Anna and Nate from Sweet Farm reached out after they heard I was looking for a new space,”and
“Since my menu aligns with their mission, it was a perfect match.”
The move allows Moonshadow Kitchen to have direct access to fresh, locally grown produce, resulting in a menu full of bold, seasonal flavors, all vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
