Celebrini Talks Summer Workouts With MacKinnon, Reaves Day-to-Day
San Jose Sharks forwards Macklin Celebrini and Will Smith spent their summer in Halifax, training with top NHL players.
Among them was Colorado Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon, the 2013 first-overall draft pick. Celebrini and MacKinnon were teammates at the IIHF World Championships in May.
“It’s great being around [MacKinnon], on the ice and off the ice,”said Celebrini.
Celebrini's summer workouts seem to have paid off, given his strong start to the season.
