Facelift Planned for Former Toy Shop Turned Cannabis Factory
A former toy shop in Wisbech, which was converted into a major cannabis factory after its closure five years ago, may be restored to its former state.
Annika Properties has submitted a planning application to refurbish the former Prams and Toys store, with the goal of repairing the damage caused by illegal drug activities.
The property has been subject to illegal drug propagation and has suffered damage due to this, this application will ensure the building is repaired appropriately.
In 2022, Robertas Cela and Fjoraldo Hazizi were sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for producing cannabis at the location, where over 750 plants were discovered during a raid.
