DOJ to Investigate Forged Affidavit of Senate Witness
The Department of Justice will act on the Manila Regional Trial Court's order regarding the falsely notarized affidavit of Senate witness Orly Guteza.
On October 24, the Manila RTC Branch 18 recommended filing charges against Guteza for the falsified affidavit he presented to the Senate and directed the DOJ to further investigate.
As soon as we get hold of the copy of the decision or the order report, we will act accordingly
said Prosecutor General Anthony Fadullon in a press briefing on October 29.
The court found that the document for authorization was falsified, according to news reports.
