The Oconee County Library Board voted to leave the book "My Rainbow" by Trinity and DeShanna Neal in the children's picture book section of the library.

The book, which tells the story of a mother and her transgender daughter, was challenged by Nicholas Bennett, who stated that his 5-year-old daughter "does not need to learn about transitioning genders at her age."
