Palestinian Farmers Attacked During Olive Harvest
Palestinian farmers harvesting olives in the occupied West Bank were assaulted by Israeli paramilitary colonizers on Tuesday.
In the Bethlehem area, colonizers stormed the Khallet an-Nakhla area near the village of Wadi Rahhal, harvesting olives from land belonging to Issa Khalil Odah.
Hamdi Ziyada, the head of Wadi Rahhal village Council, stated that local residents attempted to stop the intruders but were violently attacked by both the colonizers and Israeli soldiers.
- One man, 60-year-old Khalil Mohammad Khalawi, sustained bruises and injuries during the assault.
- Several groves were damaged in the series of coordinated attacks.
