Oklahomans for Responsible Cannabis Action has one week left to gather signatures to qualify its marijuana legalization initiative for the 2026 ballot. A total of 172,993 signatures is needed by November 3.
The petition is available for signing in over 500 locations, including dispensaries, smoke shops, and other local establishments across more than 150 cities.
ORCA organizers said they do not yet have an official count of how many signatures have been collected so far.
