Supreme Court Upholds 19-Year Sentence for Russians Who Tried to Disrupt Mobilization

The Supreme Court has confirmed the 19-year prison sentence for two Russians, Roman Nasryev and Alexei Nureyev, who were found guilty of attempting to disrupt mobilization.

In April 2023, the Central District Military Court sentenced them to 19 years in prison for a terrorist attack and training in terrorist activities.

The defendants believed that the personal files of persons subject to mobilization were kept in the building of the city administration.

A representative of the military enlistment office confirmed that the administration building houses a military registration desk of the military commissariat, which carries out activities related to partial mobilization, as well as a file of persons in reserve.

Nasryev and Nureyev are included in the list of terrorists and extremists of ROSFINMONITORING.
