Chhath Puja: Sunrise and Sunset Times
Chhath Puja, a festival of faith, is being celebrated with great enthusiasm across Bihar.
The four-day festival began on Saturday, October 25, 2025, with 'Nahay-Khay', followed by a 36-hour fast with 'Kharna' on Sunday, October 26.
On Monday, October 27, devotees will offer 'Arghya' to the setting sun, and on Tuesday, October 28, 'Arghya' will be offered to the rising sun.
This festival is a unique confluence of sun worship and reverence for nature.
Devotees make resolutions by rivers, ponds, and riverbanks and offer 'Arghya' to the Sun God.
