Related Ross Settles Lawsuit in West Palm Beach
A lawsuit between developers for West Palm Beach waterfront property has been settled out of court, allowing for the termination of Harbor Towers & Marina condominium.
Fort Partners will now own about 3.3 acres of waterfront land in West Palm Beach, across from President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago.
Fort Partners, which is known for building Four Seasons Residences, expects to move forward with a condo termination following the settlement.
The settlement is a boon to residents wanting to sell their units and move on, but it upends the lives of some Harbor Towers owners who had signed contracts to sell to Related Ross.
