Benchmark, National Development JV Acquires First New Jersey Community
Waltham, MA-based Benchmark Senior Living has expanded to New Jersey with the acquisition of its first assisted living/memory care community in the Garden State, located in Roseland.
The acquisition is a result of a joint venture between Benchmark and Newton, MA-based National Development, aiming to open two additional communities in the state by 2027.

- Units: 85
- Total living space: 68,000 square feet
- Land area: 4.3 acres
