Princeton's field hockey team improved to 3-1 in Ivy play with a 4-0 win over Dartmouth. The Tigers, ranked No. 6, dominated the game from the start.

The team's strategy was to set the tone early, and they executed it successfully. First-year midfielder Caitlin Thompson scored her first career goal just 58 seconds into the game, capitalizing on the first corner of the day.

The short corner call was for me to score. I expected to get the ball, and I was able to do the right thing and score. I was relieved for myself and happy for the team. We wanted to go out and score early, and we did.

With this win, Princeton's overall record improved to 7-3, while Dartmouth fell to 1-8. The Tigers' victory marked their third win in Ivy League play.
