MORGANTOWN – University High School (UHS) secured a crucial win over Spring Mills, 35-28, on Friday night.
With 57 seconds left and the game tied at 28, UHS senior Kayden Coles intercepted a pass from Spring Mills quarterback Rylan Swartz, setting up the go-ahead touchdown.
The Hawks scored from two yards away with senior Marcos Kniska, holding on in the final 30 seconds to seal the victory.
