American Student Accommodation Giant Enters UK Market
Landmark Properties has secured its first development site in central London, marking the beginning of its UK strategy.
The site, located on William Road, will feature a new development of 225 purpose-built student beds, just a 10-minute walk from University College London (UCL), Euston Station, and Regent's Park.
“Closing our first development deal in the UK represents a huge milestone for Landmark,”said Wes Rogers, Chairman and CEO of Landmark Properties.
Landmark is partnering with Centurion Corporation, a global student accommodation manager, on the William Road scheme and currently has a pipeline of over 3,000 beds.
