HVIA Appoints New Chief Engineer
The Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA) has announced the appointment of Rachel Michaud as its new Chief Engineer.
Rachel brings over 10 years of experience from Knorr-Bremse, where she held various roles, including Lead Applications Engineer and After Sales Manager. Prior to joining HVIA, she was the Lead Mechanical Engineer – PBS at the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.
Adam has done a wonderful job and I know Rachel is going to be an amazing addition to our team.
Rachel has been an active HVIA member, attending Member Forums and Executive Club events, and participating in the Advisory Committee and the Brisbane Truck Show Tech Tours. She will work alongside Chief Technical Officer Adam Ritzinger and the rest of the team.
