One of Canada's Most Wanted Fugitives Arrested
Pierry Philogène, one of Canada's most wanted fugitives, was arrested on October 14 in Metro Vancouver.
He was wanted for first-degree murder in connection with the alleged premeditated murder of Charles-Olivier Boucher Savard.
- Philogène was one of five suspects still wanted by the Montreal Police Service (SPVM) and the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) as part of the joint Alliance investigation.
