5-Year-Old Girl Beaten by Group of Kids
An investigation is ongoing in Cleveland after a 5-year-old girl was allegedly beaten and scalped by a group of kids.
According to the police, the suspects are all under the age of 10.
"I literally saw the worst thing ever! I saw my daughter unrecognizable," said Antavia Kennibrew, the girl's mother.
The incident occurred on September 13, when the girl walked out of a family member's home and was allegedly attacked by the group of kids.
When Kennibrew found out, she rushed to the scene and saw EMS treating her daughter several blocks away.
"My daughter was not my daughter. Her hair was scalped from her head," Kennibrew said, describing the horrific scene.
The mother has chosen not to share her daughter's name for safety reasons, but describes her as "bubbly and sweet".
