AFL and State Court Developers for Waterfront Docklands Project
Development Victoria and the AFL are seeking a partner to develop a 2ha site near Melbourne's Marvel Stadium.
An expression-of-interest process has been opened for a 177-year leasehold on 20,695sq m of waterfront land.

"This is a unique opportunity to partner with us and the AFL to deliver one of Melbourne's most exciting mixed-use developments," said Development Victoria chief executive Angela Jolic.
The site has potential for a diverse mix of housing, commercial spaces, hospitality venues, and entertainment options.
