Pitt County Launches Strategic Planning Process
Pitt County has initiated a comprehensive county-wide strategic planning process to set long-term priorities and guide policy, budget, and service delivery decisions for the next five years and beyond.
Community members can participate by providing input through the county's online engagement platform, Social Pinpoint.
“Strategic planning is a key process that ensures we are effectively using resources, prioritizing services, and preparing for changing community needs,” said Benji Holloman, Chair of the Board of County Commissioners.
This initiative aims to create a clear roadmap for county departments, employees, and community partners to work towards shared goals and a common vision for the future.
