Kelowna Airport Responds to Pro-Hamas Hacker Incident
The City of Kelowna has released details about the hacking of airport systems on Tuesday.
The hijacking of the terminal's flight information screens and PA system was stopped "within a matter of minutes."
All affected systems were isolated and verified before being restored late last night.
Airport systems are segregated to protect against cyber security incidents migrating from one network to another.
