New Business at Homestead Market
A new business, Grammy's Garden, will launch at Sunday's Homestead Market in Gloucester, off Route 17, at the old Page Middle School grounds.
Tammy Petrowicz, the founder, started Grammy's Garden as a creative outlet to share her passion for herbalism and gardening.
I really do believe that our plants and mother earth can give us a lot of things for our bodies, so I really want to be able to share that with others and share my love of gardening as well as herbalism and how plants can help us.
Petrowicz's decision to start the business came after her mother's cancer diagnosis and her son's need for childcare, leading her to leave her job.
