A former employee of the South Dakota Department of Social Services' Child Protective Services has been indicted on four felony counts and one misdemeanor count.
Nova Collins, 56, from Spearfish, was indicted for falsifying reports related to a child abuse investigation, with the crimes committed in early 2025.
