Robert Irwin's Emotional Dance Dedication
Robert Irwin, a 21-year-old wildlife conservationist, broke down after his dance dedication to his mom Terri on "Dancing with the Stars."
He dedicated his dance to all mothers and anyone experiencing grief after loss, including his own grief over the loss of his late father, Steve Irwin.
"It was really hard to express that and really hard to actually get through a dance while internally you’re processing and getting all of these emotions out there,"
Robert told a reporter backstage. The emotional contemporary dance ended with Terri joining her son, leaving the audience and judges in tears.
