Brian Levine, founding partner and practice director of CCRM, follows a strict daily regimen.

“I look at my sleep parameters every single morning. I am at 1,194 days straight without interruption.”

Levine developed this habit during his medical-school days at NYU, where he had to maximize his waking and sleeping hours.

“Residency was a great training ground. You learn what your body can do on little sleep but also what it can’t do on little sleep,”

he says, describing his experience.
