Suit Challenges New Oregon Behavioral Health Siting Law

Neighboring landowners are attempting to block the construction of PeaceHealth's behavioral health hospital and a Lane County mental health crisis center.

Property owners have filed a lawsuit to stop the development of a $35 million Lane County mental health crisis center and a 96-bed behavioral health hospital, known as Timber Springs, launched by PeaceHealth.
