Durango Planned Parenthood Clinic Reopening
The Planned Parenthood clinic in Durango, which closed last year due to a provider shortage, is set to reopen on Monday.
The clinic will operate two days a week, on Mondays and Tuesdays, thanks to the efforts of the local community.
Our supporters in Durango are outstanding," said Adrienne Mansanares, CEO of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains. "We've had donors that have jumped in to make sure that we were able to continue paying for the various expenses that are associated with the health center when it's closed.
The clinic was originally forced to close in September 2024, but will now reopen with a fully staffed and equipped health center.
