Windows 10 Extended Security Updates
Windows 10 support ends on October 14, 2025, but users can extend its lifespan with the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program.
To enroll in the ESU program, users can click "Enroll now" on the Windows Update page and link their Microsoft account, syncing Settings to OneDrive.
- In the EU, a Microsoft account is required for free Windows 10 ESU.
- Outside the EU, users also need to sync Settings to OneDrive.
- In the US, users can use Microsoft Rewards points (1,000) to sign up for Windows 10 ESU.
Microsoft says you can subscribe to $30 ESU, which is now live.
