Mark Sanchez Battery Trial Update
A Marion County judge assigned to the battery trial of FOX Sports analyst Mark Sanchez has recused herself from the case.
The case was initially set to be ruled over by Judge Jennifer Harrison, but will now be shifted to Marion County Superior Court Judge James Osborn.
The reason for Harrison's recusal is not immediately known.
Sanchez is accused of drunkenly attacking 69-year-old Perry Tole in an alley near the Westin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis.
Tole stabbed Sanchez several times in the chest in self defense, his lawyers say, all while sustaining serious injuries himself.
