Longest Serving Independent Coffee Shop Reveals Secret to Success
Brew Bear Coffee House is celebrating its tenth anniversary later this month. Owners Rob Robinson and Nikola Sasal have revealed the secret to their success.
"We don't know exactly when the ten-year anniversary is, but it is late October, so we have chosen next week. It was definitely before Halloween. I bought the business in May 2023, we are the fourth and fifth owners."
According to Mr Robinson, owning a coffee shop in Evesham is like spending the day chatting with friends. The business has a loyal customer base, with 80% of customers being regulars, and 30% of those having been coming since the business opened ten years ago.
