Polaris has announced it will sell a majority stake in Indian Motorcycle to Carolwood LP, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.
The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 and will establish Indian Motorcycle as a standalone company for the first time since Polaris revived the marque in 2011.
