Possible Comeback of The Inbetweeners
There is growing speculation about the potential return of the popular UK sitcom The Inbetweeners, possibly in the form of a film, with the original cast involved.
Joe Thomas, who played Simon, revealed that discussions have taken place about reviving the show, and the cast would be interested if the right idea comes along.
The series originally aired on E4 from 2008 to 2010, followed by two films in 2011 and 2014. Thomas suggested that a third movie is more likely than a new TV series, given the passage of time and the characters' age.
Possible ideas for the comeback include following the characters as adults, such as a stag do or reconnecting through a five-a-side football team.
