Discovery and D+ Adapt FBoy Island in India
Discovery Channel and D+ in India have commissioned a local version of the US format FBoy Island, titled FBoy Survival, produced by Fox6 Media.
The 20-episode series is set to launch in February 2026, blending adventure-survival and reality dating genres.
FBoy Island was created by STX Entertainment and The Year of Elan for HBO Max.
- Local versions of FBoy Island have been produced in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Sweden.
- A spin-off, FGirl Island, has been inspired for The CW in the US.
