Legendary rock band AC/DC will return to Vancouver for a major concert at BC Place as part of their ongoing "Power Up" world tour. The show will take place on Thursday, August 3, 2025, marking another high-energy milestone for the group.
The "Power Up" world tour, named after the band’s latest studio album released in 2020, continues to expand. That album topped charts in 21 countries, reaffirming AC/DC’s global dominance in rock music.
Before this tour, AC/DC spent nearly a decade away from the stage, with their last major world tour wrapping up in 2016. The band previously performed at BC Place on April 22, 2025, and is now returning to the same venue by popular demand.
AC/DC first performed on December 31, 1973, at Chequers Nightclub in Sydney, Australia. Since then, they’ve sold over 200 million albums worldwide and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
“Their landmark album ‘Back in Black’ remains the best-selling record by any band, with over 50 million copies sold globally.”
Tickets for the Vancouver concert will be available through Ticketmaster starting November 3, 2025. The event is open to fans of all ages.
