The award will be presented during the newly created primetime event Golden Eve, airing on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+. This annual special will celebrate both the Cecil B. DeMille and Carol Burnett Award recipients, offering exclusive interviews and retrospectives exploring their careers and personal impact.

The Cecil B. DeMille Award honors extraordinary achievements in film, while the Carol Burnett Award recognizes lifelong contributions to television. In 2025, those awards went to Viola Davis and Ted Danson, respectively.
