Latest News About Crocodile warning issued in Richmond Shire

Residents in Richmond Shire have been said to to stay away from rivers after one crocodile killed a dog. The attack happened deep inland, some 660km from the coast. A local saw that animal drag the dog into that water near a riverbank. The dead dog was later found by police. The council says crocodiles in this area are highly unusual. They are asking people to stay far from water until the reptile is caught. Similar warnings followed recent sightings in other remote parts of Australia.
