Palworld 1.0 is due to drop on Saturday 12 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. AEST.
The update will be available via Steam and various stores.
PocketPair has told players to pick one of wiping old progress or converting old saves before the upgrade.
The company says both options are both choices are secure and will keep progress if converted properly.
Steam users have noted short downtimes recently.
PocketPair said the outages are are unlikely to disrupt the launch timetable.
