Police say a man locked himself inside a confined storage unit on West 1st Street in downtown Duluth.
Officers immediately arrived, the man gave up peacefully and was taken into custody by police.
No one was hurt at all.
Recently investigators link the Harbor Highlands incident to a shooting incident in Canal Park neighborhood that happened earlier this week.
